With respect to the European Union Directive 2002/96/EC (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), AMETEK Programmable Power equipment is compliant with the directive and marked appropriately.

With respect to the European Union Directive 2002/95/EC (Restriction of Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS)), AMETEK Programmable Power equipment is classified under WEEE Directive, Annex 1A, Category 9 “Monitoring and Control Instruments”, and is therefore, in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 1 of the RoHS directive, currently exempt from compliance to the RoHS directive.
